Celebrated LA chef Steven Arroyo (Cobras & Matadores, Church & State) and partners had opened Escuela Taqueria to glowing reviews. Now it needed a website. I worked with Flora Weigmann, one of the partners, to put together a simple site for the West Hollywood hot spot.

Potato Chips Deli and Escuela Pasadena

In addition to the Escuela Taqueria website, Flora and I put together two more sites for the partnership, one for the beloved Potato Chips Deli, the other for their short-lived Escuela Pasadena. The partners sold Potato Chips Deli after a few years: they opened and quickly closed Escuela Pasadena, whose location just wasn’t right for the business. I failed to document either site beyond front page grabs. Included below screenshots of Potato Chips, Escuela Pasadena and an earlier iteration of Escuela Taqueria.
